Indications and usage:
Parabolin is an oil based solution for IM injection. Trenbolone is an anabolic steroid with significant anabolic and androgenic effects.
On administration of Parabolin there is an increase in muscle hardness, muscular strength in combination with a protein rich diet. Trenbolone speeds up the metabolism and accelerates the burning of adipose tissue.
The high androgenic effect prevents a possible muscle break down syndrome and accelerates the regeneration of muscle tissue.
Contraindication:
Parabolin contraindicated in kidney dysfunction, hypertension, cardiac patients.
Also is a contraindicated in infants, pregnancy and nursing mothers.
Parabolin should notbe used in patients with:Known hypersensitivity to any ingredients in this product.
Know or suspected carcinomas of the breast, testis, or prostate.
Severe heart disease, liver disease, a history of epilepsy.
Products containing androgens should not be used in women as they may cause virilization and fatal harm.
Drug interactions:
Patients on oral anticoagulant therapy require close monitoring especially when androgens are started or stopped.
Diabetics androgens may alter the metabolism of oral hypoglycemic agents or may change insulin sensitivity in patients with diabetes mellitus which may require adjustment of dosage of insulin and other hypoglycemic drugs.
May alter metabolism of cyclosporins. Avoid other hepatotoxic medications.
Overdosage:
There have been no reports of acute overdosage.
Side effects/Adverse reactions:
Male: Gynecomastia, excessive frequency and duration of penile erections, oligospermia.
Hirsutism, male pattern baldness and acne, gynecomastia Retention of sodium chloride,water, potassium, calcium, and inorganic phosphates.
Nausea cholestatic jaundice, alterations in liver function tests;hepatocellular neoplasms, peliosisheptitis, hepatic denomas,nephritis, and cholestatic hepatitis.Increased libido, headache, anxiety, depression, extremeagitation,irritability, and generalized paresthesia.Trenbolone may cause severe aggressive behaviour.
Other: Serum lipid changes,hypertension, hypercalcaemia hypertension, oedema, priapism.
Precautions/Warnings:
Trenbolone should be used with extreme caution and with the lowest dosage and duration of treatment necessary for clinical response pursuant to the advice of the qualitied physician.Because androgens may alter serum cholesterol concentration,caution should be used when administering these drugs to patents with a history of myocardial infarction or coronary artery disease.Trenbolone may increase aggressiveness and cause psychiatric changes. At the first sign of psychiatric changes discontinue use of tenbolone and contact a physician.Due to its hepatotoxicity, liver functions should be monitored. Discontinue on signs of jaundicing.
When administered parentally there is tightness in the chest and a metallic taste in the back of the mouth,follower by a uncontrollable violent cough & bronchoconstriction. Trenbolon reduces endogenous T3 thyriod levels and increases prolaction levels. T3 should be used throughout a trenbolone treatmen.Women, children and elderly males should not use Parabolin
Dosage and administration:
Parabolin is a special mix of three trenbolone’s, this special combination gives both fast and long acting effects with an
overall active half life of up to 14 days.
Doses are best administered three times weekly, and normally in the range of 200mg.
Fermale Dosage
Parabolin is not recommended for females.
Supplied / storage:
Parabolin is supplied in 10 x 1ml ampules. Ampules should be stored at controlled room temperatures below 30 C and
protected from light.Parenteral drug products should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discolouration prior
to administration, whenever solution and container permit.
Warming and shaking the ampules should redissolve any crystals that may have formed during storage at temperature
lower than recommended. If it has expired or is damaged,return to your pharmacist.
